I strive to change people’s lives in a positive manner through the practice of yoga. Sharing my years of practice & knowledge allow me to influence my community & be an ambassador for healthy living. Yoga affects us in everything we do, with the main principle of ahimsa, non-violence as the focus of my teachings.
As a henna artist and graphic designer, I infuse art and playfulness in my teaching, calling for all to smile and enjoy their breath.
